Meridian 60 Offshore is a Joint Venture focusing on marine, industrial and offshore supply, and services in the Country of Guyana. Meridian 60 Offshore is formed by, Industrial Safety Supplies Inc. of Guyana, and K&D Pratt Group Inc. of Canada. This partnership represents the perfect accumulation of knowledge, skill, and experience especially in the maire, offshore and the industrial services and supply market. 
 
Meridian 60 Offshore is meeting and exceeding the local content agreement by fulfilling the need of local majority ownership. Additionally Meridian 60 intends to utilize technology and skill transfer from JV Partner (being K&D Pratt) to ensure compliance for all offshore, marine and industrial clients in the country of Guyana. All parties are working towards having high quality standards using technology and skill transfer in which Meridian 60 is in a great position to fulfill this commitment alongside key clients and customers. A key commitment is ensuring long term stability of the Oil and Gas, Mining, Marine Industries including all of the Natural Resources in Guyana, especially its people. With head office and local service station located in Georgetown, Guyana, Meridian 60 Offshore is well positioned to provide a high level of quality supply and service to the Oil and Gas industry for years to come.
 
As a founding partner, K&D Pratt Group Inc. is an ISO9001:2015 registered company, which is certified to perform fire and life safety equipment/system inspections and certifications under national and international standards. K&D Pratt Group Inc is an ABS, LR, and DNV approved service station, and is approved to carry out inspection, maintenance, repair (IMR), under the requirements the IMO FSS Code, SOLAS and other regulator flag state rules.
 
The Meridian 60 Offshore Total Quality Management System has adapted K&D Pratt Groups Inc’s existing policies, forms, and procedures, with the necessary modifications required to specifically tailor each document to the unique requirements of Guyana’s new and evolving offshore, and marine / industrial market. Once the QMS is fully integrated into Meridians 60 Offshore operations for a set period, an application will be submitted to have Meridian 60’s quality management system registered under the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 or have it added under K&D Pratt Group Inc, along with the various Class Societies, until then we have permission to use current approvals in Guyana under JV.
